Lexus LS 460 600h 2013 2014 2015 VLine VL2 FM Radio Climate Controls in CarPlay Android Auto LEX78

In this video, we show you how you can play FM radio while displaying CarPlay or Android Auto content such as maps on the factory car stereo of Lexus LS 460 600h 2013-2015, using VLine infotainment system LEX78 for select Lexus vehicles.

The same functionality applies to all stereos compatible with GROM VLine VL2 or VLite VT2 system LEX78 to add wireless CarPlay and Android Auto to factory Lexus stereos.

In this video, you can also see how to enable the stereo flip over to the factory screen if you want to see the climate controls information. You can disable or enable it in the VLine settings.

Note the CarPlay and Android Auto will work full screen on the Lexus vehicles 2016-2021, and will take over part of the screen on teh compatible Lexus stereos 2013-2015.

Once VLine is connected to your car stereo, you get the following functionality:

Smartphone integration:
- CarPlay - both wired and wireless
- Android Auto - both wired and wireless


Embedded Android System:
No smartphone required - have all Android apps to run directly on VLine VL2 system, and control using car stereo display and controls. You can run almost any apps, available at Google Play Store.
Music:
- Spotify
- Web Radio
- Pandora
- Music stored on USB storage devices
To play the music from the internet directly into your car stereo system, see cover art and text, browse by genres, playlists, favorites and more.

Maps:
- Have Google Maps or Waze displayed directly on your car stereo screen;
- ability to get navigation and real time traffic updates directly on your car stereo screen;
-use voice command to start navigation

Voice Commands:
- use your voice to start navigation;
- use your voice to find the music that you would like to listen to.

VLine is fully integrated into your car stereo. You can use the joystick, car stereo and steering wheel controls to operate VLine. In addition VLine does not disable any factory features, such as FM or climate controls.
